Description: The Information Technology Services Help Desk received reports from people experiencing issues logging into systems that use the CAS login as well as VPN through both Pulse Secure and the ssl.binghamton.edu web page. The issues were reported between 1:00 PM and 6:30 PM on February 15, 2022. If people logged in during those times, they may have received a Gateway timeout error or the system would not accept the 2FA One Time Password and would have been unable to authenticate.
