Description: ITS is currently experiencing issues with our Ticketing System, TeamDynamix. We are currently unable to enter, receive or respond to Tickets in the system. The Self-Service Client Portal is also unavailable at this time. We will update as more information becomes available.

Description: ITS is investigating an issue with Student Printing on campus. Although the system is up, there are some printing locations where students are unable to print. At 4pm today we will be rebooting the Student Print servers, which may cause a brief outage for all of Student Printing. An update will be communicated as more information becomes available.

Description: The Panopto system will undergo a version update beginning at 9 p.m. EDT Saturday, June 25, that will bring the system offline for approximately three hours. The Panopto system will be unavailable during this time. Recordings will not be viewable until after the upgrade is complete. Make arrangements accordingly

Description: The Help Desk is receiving reports that systems that use Single Sign On (CAS), are not accessible. This includes but is not limited to, Banner, bubrain, Brightspace, etc. ITS is currently looking into the issue. We will update as more information is available.
