Description: The Binghamton University campus phone system is currently experiencing issues with our inbound calling service. Outbound calling and internal calling are fine. The issue only affects off campus phone calls coming into campus phone numbers. The Telecommunications staff are working to resolve the issue. Description: The myCourses login page is currently defaulting to the "Guest- myCourses" login page. The work-around is to select "PODS login" from the drop down and you will be re-directed to the CAS login. Administrators are currently investigating the issue.

Description: Information Technology Services (ITS) has been notified that there will vendor maintenance on myCourses.

Description: ITS has received numerous reports of Binghamton University email accounts that have been compromised and being used to send out spam messages. If your account is sending out messages that you did not send or you are receiving notification about delivery failures from messages you did not send, please change your password on password.binghamton.edu as soon as possible. If Google has disabled your account, then an administrator in ITS will enable your account so that you can reset the password. Please contact us at helpdesk@binghamton.edu using an alternate email address and we will let you know when your account has been enabled. The phones at the Help Desk are busy this afternoon, but we will respond to email messages as quickly as we can.
