Description: The Pinnacle Telecommunications billing system will be offline between today, Monday, May 18 and Wednesday, May 20, while an upgrade is conducted. During this time users will not be able to login to view their bills or to make payments. Telecommunications staff will also not be able to view subscriber accounts or bills during this time.
The Binghamton University online directory will be offline during these system upgrades. Directory lookups for information such as office or phone number will not be available. It will return to service Thursday, May 21.
After the upgrade is complete, the user web interface will have a different appearance; however it will provide the same functionality. Instructions on using the new web interface are available at the link below.
