Description ITS has received multiple reports of issues with authentication to EDUROAM especially on Apple devices - Macbooks and iPhones. The devices would connect after running JoinNow, but would lose connection especially when moving between buildings. The issues began this morning around 10 AM.

2019-08-21 14:00:06 EDT ITS Network administrators made a change to wireless that seems to have helped alleviate the problem authenticating to wireless. This change was made around 1:30 PM. We will continue to monitor this issue. Please contact the ITS Help Desk at 607-777-6420 or helpdesk@binghamton.edu to report any system problems.
2019-08-22 09:50:57 EDT The changes made yesterday afternoon have resolved the issues with wireless authentication reported on the morning and afternoon of August 21. Please be sure to set up laptops and mobile devices using JoinNow - instructions can be found on wireless.binghamton.edu. Any additional issues should be reported to ITS by contacting the ITS Help Desk at helpdesk@binghamton.edu.
