Description There is currently a problem that is affecting systems that send email to Google using the campus RTMS server. This includes Listserv and campus department network printers and scanners that use email. The messages are being blocked by Google. We are working with Google to get the issue resolved. There is not a time estimate yet as to when this will be resolved.

2019-08-19 15:16:48 EDT The issue with RTMS has been resolved. ITS recommends that those who sent out Listserv messages earlier today, resend the messages to make sure they reach their recipients. Please contact the ITS Help Desk with any questions or to report system problems.
