Description The Help Desk has received reports that there are problems with Internet Native Banner. People are reporting that the system is slow when they are trying to update information in the Banner Student Records System. ITS administrators are investigating the problem. The ITS System Status page will be updated when we have additional information or if the problem is resolved.

2019-05-10 16:31:00 EDT ITS administrators have made some adjustments to the Banner system and have received confirmation that performance has improved. Please contact the ITS Help Desk at helpdesk@binghamton.edu with any questions or to report any problems.
