Description Campus phones are experiencing issues making outbound calls due to a fiber cut in Central New York. Telecommunications is rerouting outbound calls through the inbound carrier, but there is a limit to the number of calls that can be made this way and there may be issues when trying to make calls to numbers outside campus.
