Description The Help Desk is getting reports that access to internal resources including .binghamton.edu sites is unavailable. ITS is investigating and will update when we have more information.

Time Detail
2022-10-13 13:07:21 EDT Access to most systems and services should now be restored. ITS continues to work with the vendor to investigate the cause of the issue. We will update again once we get confirmation that the system is fully restored.
2022-10-13 14:18:54 EDT Access should be restored to all systems. ITS is continuing to work with the vendor during this time. Please report any system outage to the ITS Help Desk by calling 607-777-6420 or emailing helpdesk@binghamton.edu.
2022-10-14 11:40:19 EDT ITS has confirmed that our systems have been fully restored, however are running without full redundancy. ITS will continue to monitor the situation and continue to work with our vendor to restore full redundancy.
