Description | The ITS Help Desk is receiving reports of errors logging into systems that use the CAS login and 2-Factor Authentication. There are also errors reported with Pulse Secure VPN as well as access to Brightspace and BU Brain Self Service. Information Technology Services administrators have been notified. 2021-10-17 15:21:07 EDT | If you are continuing to see messages that Brightspace or other systems are still unavailable after the login problem yesterday, please clear your browser cache and log completely out of my.binghamton.edu and quit all browser windows. Reopen the browser and log back in using your password and one time password and Brightspace should load. Here are instructions for clearing the browser cache in the Chrome browser.
