Description Information Technology Services is continuing to receive reports about problems with accessing Banner INB (BANPROD). ITS Administrators are investigating the problem will post an update as soon as it is fully resolved. Updates will be posted to the ITS System Status page and to those who have contacted the Help Desk directly.

2021-06-22 12:08:34 EDT The issues connecting to Banner INB have been resolved. ITS Administrators have found the problem and verified with those reporting problems today that they can now login. As always, if your access is not restored after a server disruption, it is recommended to clear your browser history and close and restart the browser and try to connect again. If after clearing the history, you still cannot connect, please contact the ITS Help Desk at helpdesk@binghamton.edu or 607-777-6420.
