Description There is currently an issue with the self-service password reset at password.binghamton.edu. The page is not allowing logins or access to recovery information including email addresses or mobile numbers. The Help Desk has had additional reports of some issues logging into systems that use the CAS single-sign on system. ITS system administrators are investigating the issue and any updates will be posted to the ITS System Status page.

2020-04-06 15:28:51 EDT The issue with the password.binghamton.edu website has been resolved and users can now reset their passwords or activate their accounts. The ITS Help Desk continues to receive reports of some users having issues logging into Binghamton websites and we are continuing to investigate that issue. Any updates will be posted to the ITS System Status page as soon as they are available.
2020-04-06 20:18:12 EDT The issue with access to Binghamton University websites and systems using the CAS login has been resolved. We have confirmed with users that reported the issue earlier today and have verified that they can now connect.
