ITS had reports of problems logging into the CAS (PODS Login) single sign-on system used to access systems such as my.binghamton.edu, myCourses, and BU Brain Self-Service among others. The login screen would allow a user name and password to be entered, but then the password would blank out with no error message. ITS administrators are investigating the issue and any updates will be posted to the ITS System Status page.

There is currently a problem that is affecting systems that send email to Google using the campus RTMS server. This includes Listserv and campus department network printers and scanners that use email. The messages are being blocked by Google. We are working with Google to get the issue resolved. There is not a time estimate yet as to when this will be resolved.

ITS has received multiple reports of issues with authentication to EDUROAM especially on Apple devices - Macbooks and iPhones. The devices would connect after running JoinNow, but would lose connection especially when moving between buildings. The issues began this morning around 10 AM.
